This certified course in Basic Wound Care is offered through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO). NAWCO is the leading wound care certification organization in the USA and for more than 17 years NAWCO has certified licensed healthcare professionals in wound care. NAWCO is a nonprofit credentialing organization governed by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors which partners with the independent NAWCO Certification Committee has approved the WCC® board certification.,

NAWCO trainers will be travelling to Barbados for the first time to certify at least 20 health care professionals in Basic Wound Care Certification. If you are a licensed health professional with an interest in gaining certification and advancing your knowledge in wound care, join us Oct 26-30, 2022 for a 4 day intensive wound care training in additional to a final proctored examination.
Barbados has been offered training at BDS$1000 discounted from its original BDS$3000 training fee. Total registration is BDS$1200. This course is made possible through the funding of the Cato Burton Foundation, a charity focused on the further development of health care professionals.
