This workshop is designed to improve the knowledge and skill of nursing professionals in the management of the diabetic patient on insulin. Topics include: Timing of Insulin Initiation, Profiles & Regimens, Safe Handling & Administration, Special Considerations (Alcohol, Sick Days, Hypos etc), Practical & Case Studies, Updates and more. This workshop is offered by the Barbados Diabetes Foundation. CPE credit available.
